National Take a Child Outside Week begins September 18. The week encourages adults to take their children outside to explore and discover nature.
The Anita Purves Nature Center is offering kits for the week for kids ages 5 – 12 while supplies last. The exploration and activity kits help kids in their outside adventures.
Get outdoors and explore. It is important for kids not only to get outside and enjoy fresh air, but also to learn about their environment.
